Biography

I have been leading product engineering teams at Lucernex, a $40 Million cloud-based, commercial real estate construction project management and IFRS 16/ASC 842 based lease accounting enterprise software serving retail and corporate customers. I have 16 years of product, innovation and business development experience working on the IWMS/CMMS/BMS/EMS product lines of Fortune 100 enterprise tech companies like Honeywell, Schneider Electric and Cyient. I have also been an AI startup founder a few years ago at SkyDeck-Berkeley for a brief period. I have succesfuly led several large-scale distributed cloud-based RE project lifecycle and lease accounting technology implementations and 3rd party enterprise solution integration projects worth $15 Million for global reatilers like WalMart and StarBucks
